Intramural Ideas To-Go
The intramural activities is an initiative under the Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program (CSPAP) model and can be done before, during, or after school session.
Intramural served as a compliment to the physical education program and may involve individual or dual and team activities. Games, rules, playing area, and equipment should be modified to meet the needs of students. Considering students' age, capabilities, and experience in the activity selection provide students with more chance to succeed and increase physical activity levels.
